(ASD®), a nationwide leader in the design, engineering, and project management of workplace technology solutions, today announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Epitome Networks, an innovative technology solutions and networking infrastructure firm based out of Virginia. The effective date for this transition is July 1st, 2026.
The strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in ASD’s ongoing growth strategy, enhancing its comprehensive suite of workplace technologies—including structured cabling, audio-visual systems, access control, surveillance, and wireless networks—with Epitome’s robust networking and technical service capabilities. By integrating Epitome Networks into the nationwide ASD platform, clients of both companies will gain access to an expanded portfolio of turnkey technology lifecycle management services.
