Position Summary and Functions

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our growing company.  

Our Sales Representatives focus on selling technology integration services and custom engineered solutions to businesses in a highly competitive market. The best part of working for ASD®? We are ideally seeking someone who is comfortable in a 3-6 month sales cycle with experience in at least one of the following: Structured Cabling, Low Voltage, Access Control/Security, and the Audio Visual arena.

Position Qualifications

To be considered, a candidate must have experience in the following:

  • Exceptional prospecting and closing skills.
  • Ability to convey prospect needs to a design team (preferred).
  • Must enjoy working autonomously and be self motivated.
  • Knowledge of working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Commercial experience including new construction and retrofits of existing facilities (preferred).
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state (approximate overnight travel is 1-4 overnight trips per month, may increase based on business growth).
  • Attention to detail, professional demeanor, thorough and logical approach.
  • Creative out of the box thinker.


  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications

  • Acceptable MVR and valid driver's license
  • BICSI RCDD certification preferred
  • Infocomm CTS or equivalent experience preferred
