ASD Announced as a 2019 Top Workplace

More than 4,300 companies were nominated for the 2019 Top Workplaces award. Any public, private, non-profit, or governmental employer with at least 50 employees in metro Atlanta was eligible. Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, then surveyed the companies. More than 55,000 metro Atlanta employees participated. 

The survey gathered information on a variety of factors including company leadership, benefits, and organizational health. Based on the responses, the top 150 workplaces were selected. The winners were broken up into three categories based on size:

  • 20 Large Companies (500+ Employees)
  • 55 Midsize Companies (150-499 Employees)
  • 75 Small Companies (Less Than 149 Employees)

ASD is proud to announce that it was a Top 75 Small Workplace Winner in 2019!

This is the first year we have been eligible to participate and we couldn’t thank our employees enough for their hard work, dedication, and honest feedback. We are continuously trying to improve and embody our core values.
