Intergraph Relies on ASD® to Support Nationwide Client Rollout

Two years ago Intergraph Corporation, a major global software and systems integrator, was seeking a top-notch technology deployment company to assist with a major nationwide rollout project. They chose to partner with ASD®.

The assignment: to handle onsite data cabling and technical support for an Intergraph customer with more than 700 locations throughout the U.S. Each site's needs vary and can range from troubleshooting and standard MACs (moves, adds and changes) to installing network cables and extending demarks.

To simplify the process, ASD® provided Intergraph with a schedule of flat-rate pricing based on each task to be performed. Then, ASD® National Deployment Specialists trained on using an online project management tool created by Intergraph, which they now utilize to handle each location's needs, as required.

Through the project management tool, ASD® receives new requests via e-mail and quickly dispatches a local AASDI™ technician to the requesting site. ASD® also uses Intergraph's online tool to communicate scheduling and billing information.

The project is currently ongoing, and on all work completed to date, ASD® has met or exceeded defined service deadlines.
